Spring is here, which means it’s time to CELEBRATE FARM TO FORK!

On Saturday, May 20, 2017 from 12-6pm at Christie Pits Park, the Toronto Non-GMO Coalition and David Suzuki Foundation present CELEBRATE FARM TO FORK: Toronto’s 4th Annual GMO-free Festival & Farmers’ Market.

The phrase FARM TO FORK means many things: knowing where your food comes from; accessing safe, nutritious food; supporting local, family farms and businesses; and of course getting back to our roots…all very important items for our health, community and planet!

With well-researched speakers and dozens of vendors from Ontario’s non-GMO/organic food industry and environmental communities, our CELEBRATE FARM TO FORK festival’s goal is to educate consumers and increase awareness about the health concerns related to genetically modified foods and the detrimental impact that industrial agriculture has on our pollinators and climate.

Come learn where your food comes from and how it is produced; talk with organic farmers, chefs, business owners and organizations; enjoy incredible music and kid-friendly activities; all while tasting some of the most delicious, sustainably produced food and drink in Ontario!

Bee sure to save the date, invite your friends and join us on May 20th!

Toronto's ONLY Non-GMO & Organic Food Festival!

With a lineup of well-researched speakers from Ontario’s growing non-GMO and organic food movement and dozens of organic food & beverage vendors, you'll learn about the health concerns related to GMOs and industrial agriculture's impact on the environment.

As a small volunteer-based community organization, the Toronto Non-GMO Coalition depends on the generous help of its volunteers.  We require honest and dependable volunteers for pre-event promotion and on-site help in a number of areas at the event on Saturday, May 20th.

If you’re interested in volunteering, please email us at: [email protected]

We look forward to hearing from you!
